On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal is considered and, it appearing to this Court that the automatic stay provision of 11 USC § 362(a) is in effect as a result of proceedings relating to defendant-appellee Typocraft Printing in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, we ORDER that the application for leave to appeal be held in abeyance pending resolution of those proceedings or a lifting of the stay on further order of the Bankruptcy Court. So that this matter does not remain on the Court's docket indefinitely, counsel for the appellants is directed to submit correspondence to the Clerk of this Court within 7 days of this order, and every 90 days thereafter, advising the Court of the status of the bankruptcy proceedings.
